ISS Named Exclusive Credit Union Reseller of Vendor Risk Software

ROCKVILLE, MD (May 16, 2008) - Innovative Strategic Solutions, LLC (ISS) has been named the exclusive reseller to credit unions of a new technology created to help institutions verify that the vendors they do business with are trustworthy. The software, VendorXpert, developed and powered by Sydel Corporation, is a user-friendly, Web-based application that allows credit unions of any size to create uniform vendor profiles, assess vendor risk, verify vendor names against watch lists and administer contract terms.

The National Credit Union Administration, in recent correspondence (08-CU-09, 07-CU-13, 01-CU-20), has informed the nation's credit unions of their responsibility to assess the risks of every vendor used, and to monitor those vendors to ensure the assessment remains valid.
